How many weddings do you take on each year?

Absolutely! Many of our couples are based in the UK, US, Russia, Malaysia, China, Korea, and beyond. We’re experts in planning weddings remotely, handling every detail while keeping you updated through video calls and emails. Think of us as your eyes and ears on the ground in Sydney, ensuring everything runs smoothly while you plan from afar.

Do you work with couples living overseas?

We specialise in cultural weddings and love incorporating meaningful traditions and themes. Whether it’s tea ceremonies, chuppahs, or intricate multi-day celebrations, we’ll ensure your wedding reflects your heritage, love story, and vision. We’ve had the honour of incorporating traditions from Chinese, Persian, Korean, Polish, Taiwanese, Jewish, Japanese, Lebanese, Malaysian, Italian, South African, Greek, Nigerian, Russian, Serbian, Cambodian, and of course Australian weddings — just to name a few! If your wedding involves other special cultural elements that are not listed above, we’d love to bring them to life beautifully.

What cultural traditions have you incorporated into weddings?

For weddings in Blue Mountains, Hunter Valley, or South Coast, we charge a travel fee of $150 per hour one way. For interstate or international weddings, travel costs— including flights, accommodation, transfers, car hire, and a daily food allowance—will be covered by the client.

Do you charge travel fees for weddings outside of Sydney?

Wedding planning is all about logistics— vendor sourcing, budget management, and timeline coordination. Wedding styling is about aesthetics—florals, décor, and creating that stunning, cohesive look.

What’s the difference between wedding planning and wedding styling?

No, vendor costs—such as florals, décor hire, cakes, dresses, and photography—are separate from our fee. Our role is to source quotes, manage your budget, coordinate vendors, and ensure everything runs flawlessly so you don’t have to stress about the details.

Are floral and vendor costs included in your services?

We recommend starting 12 to 18 months in advance to secure the best venues and vendors. But if you’re working with a shorter timeline—no worries! We’ve planned weddings in as little as 2 to 3 months and love a good challenge.

Of course! With our insider knowledge of Sydney’s most breathtaking venues, we’ll find the perfect location that aligns with your style, vision, and budget—whether it’s a waterfront estate, heritage venue, or luxury ballroom.

We take the time to truly get to know you— your personalities, your love story, your vision. From there, we craft a personalised wedding style guide, curating everything from florals to linens to lighting. Before the big day, we even do a floral mock-up of your tablescape so you can see your design come to life and make any tweaks. Every detail is designed with you in mind
